ADHD coaching that starts with understanding you

ADHD can affect far more than focus and organisation.

It can influence how you see yourself, approach work and relationships, make decisions, manage your time and energy, and how confident you feel about what is possible.

You may have spent years trying to find the right planner, routine, system or strategy-only to find that it works for a while and then stops working.

You may even have started to believe that the problem is you.

It isn't.

My coaching gives you a confidential, psychologically safe space to step back, understand yourself and explore what is really going on.

Together, we can look at your ADHD, your strengths, your experiences, your values, your goals and the barriers that may be getting in your way.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach.

Instead, we work together to discover what works for you, so you can make choices with greater clarity, confidence and self-trust.

How I Can Support You

SERVICE 1

ADHD Coaching Before, During or After Diagnosis

Understand yourself. Change the narrative. Find what works for you.

Whether you are awaiting an ADHD assessment, have recently been diagnosed, or are beginning to make sense of a diagnosis later in life, coaching can give you space to understand what ADHD means for you.

We can explore the things you find difficult, as well as the things you do well.

You might want to understand patterns that have affected you for years, rebuild your confidence, improve focus and organisation, develop more helpful routines or make sense of why some strategies work for you and others don't.

We'll also explore your strengths, values, aspirations and the person behind the diagnosis.

The aim isn't to change who you are.

It's to help you understand yourself better, recognise your capabilities and discover approaches that fit your life.

You remain the expert in you.

What you may gain:

Greater understanding of yourself and your ADHD

More self-compassion and less self-criticism

Greater confidence in making decisions

Clarity about your strengths and what matters to you

Strategies and routines that fit your needs

A stronger sense of self-trust and autonomy

The confidence to move towards the life you want.

Navigating ADHD Through Life Changes

When life changes, what worked before may no longer work.

ADHD doesn't exist in isolation from the rest of your life.

Changes in circumstances, responsibilities, relationships, work, health or life stage can alter what you need from your routines, environment and support.

Sometimes you can find yourself thinking:

“Why am I struggling with this now when I used to manage it?”

Coaching can help you pause, understand what has changed and identify what you need now.

We can explore current challenges, emotional responses, patterns, priorities and practical barriers - without judgement and without assuming there is a single right answer.

Together, we'll look at what matters to you and explore realistic possibilities for moving forward.

What you may gain:

Clarity about what is making things difficult

A better understanding of your current needs

Practical approaches that fit your circumstances

More confidence navigating change

Greater self-compassion when things don't go to plan

A renewed sense of control, choice and possibility.

What makes my approach different?

There are lots of ADHD coaching approaches available.

Mine is grounded in three things:

  • ADHD coaching

  • Deep workplace expertise

  • A belief in your autonomy

I'm not here to tell you how you should live with ADHD.
